Soul Trust: The Key to Your Empowerment and Purpose
What if I told you that everything in your life has already been planned by your higher self? Would you understand that the key to your empowerment, the key to your purpose and further connection with your unique essence is your Soul Trust?
This isn’t a new concept. It’s ancient. It lives in your bones. It whispers in the wind. And yet, somewhere along the way, we forgot how to listen.
It does not matter what experience you are facing. When we learn to surrender and listen to the voices of spirit or notice the symbols of messages, we open a level of understanding and consciousness for Soul Trust.
Surrender is not giving up. It’s giving over. It’s releasing the grip we have on how things “should” look and opening our palms to receive what already is.
Think about the last time you tried to force something. A relationship. A business decision. A timeline. How did that feel in your body? Tight? Anxious? Like swimming upstream?
Now think about a moment when you let go. When you trusted. When you said “okay, I’m listening.”
That exhale. That spaciousness. That is Soul Trust beginning to move through you.
We trust the ways of the wind.
The wind doesn’t ask permission to change direction. It doesn’t apologize for being gentle one moment and fierce the next. It simply moves according to its nature.
You are allowed to be the same.
Your path doesn’t have to be linear. Your purpose doesn’t have to fit in a box. Your journey has never been about getting it “right.” It’s about getting it real.
Soul Trust invites you to stop resisting your own nature. To stop editing yourself for the comfort of others. To let yourself be moved by something deeper than logic, something older than fear.
The wind knows where it’s going. And so does your soul.
We trust the different facets and changes of our personality.
You are not one thing. You have never been one thing.
You are the woman who builds. The woman who grieves. The woman who laughs too loud. The woman who needs silence. The woman who leads. The woman who rests.
All of these versions of you are real. All of them are worthy of trust.
Soul Trust doesn’t ask you to pick one version of yourself and commit forever. It asks you to honor whoever shows up today. To meet her with compassion instead of criticism.
The facets of your personality are not flaws to fix. They are dimensions to explore.
We trust the losses and the wins.
This is where it gets tender.
Because trusting the wins? That’s easy. We like those. We frame those. We post those.
But the losses? The endings? The seasons that felt like they would break us?
Soul Trust asks us to hold those with equal reverence.
Every loss carved space for something new. Every ending was a beginning in disguise. Every breakdown cracked you open just enough for the light to get in.
You don’t have to understand it all right now. You just have to trust that it wasn’t random. That your higher self knew exactly what it was doing when it designed this curriculum called your life.
The Full Spectrum of Experience
We trust incidences, the stress, the joy, and all the emotions we experience.
Not just the pretty ones. Not just the Instagram worthy moments. All of it.
The stress that made you stronger than you thought you could be. The joy that reminded you why you’re here. The anger that showed you where your boundaries lived. The sadness that softened your heart for others walking similar roads.
Your emotions are not problems to solve. They are messengers. They are teachers. They are evidence that you are alive and awake and paying attention.
Soul Trust means we stop abandoning ourselves when feelings get uncomfortable. We stay. We listen. We honor the information being offered.
And we trust the very person that we are in the moment.
Not the future version of you who has it all figured out. Not the past version of you who made all those choices you question now. This version. The one reading these words. The one still becoming.
She is enough.
She has always been enough.
Soul Trust is the radical act of believing that you, exactly as you are, are worthy of your own confidence. Your own compassion. Your own love.
You don’t need to earn your place here. You don’t need to prove your value. You just need to remember what you already know.
You can trust yourself.
Shifting, Upgrading, Transcending
Shifting, upgrading, transcending. Deeper into Soul Trust.
This is not a destination. It’s a practice. A daily returning to the truth that lives inside you.
Some days it will feel easy. You’ll wake up connected. Clear. Certain.
Other days it will feel like grasping at smoke. You’ll doubt. You’ll spiral. You’ll wonder if any of this is real.
Both days count. Both days are part of the path.
Soul Trust isn’t about perfection. It’s about persistence. It’s about choosing, over and over again, to believe in the intelligence of your own unfolding.
The Practice of Coming Home
So how do we cultivate this? How do we strengthen the muscle of Soul Trust when the world keeps telling us to look outside ourselves for answers?
We get quiet. We listen. We notice what notices.
We spend time in nature and remember that we are part of something vast and ancient and wise. We pay attention to the symbols, the synchronicities, the moments that feel like winks from the universe.
We surround ourselves with people who see us. Who reflect our truth back to us. Who hold space for our becoming without trying to rush it or fix it.
We practice saying yes to what feels aligned and no to what doesn’t, even when we can’t explain why.
We forgive ourselves for the times we forgot. And we begin again.
If this resonates, if something in you is nodding along, that’s Soul Trust speaking.
That knowing. That quiet certainty underneath all the noise.
It’s been there all along. Waiting for you to remember.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to know the whole path before you take the first step. You just have to trust that the path exists. That it was designed for you. That your higher self has been walking beside you this whole time.
Later will take care of itself. It always does.
For now, just breathe. Just trust. Just be the person you already are.
Shifting. Upgrading. Transcending.
Deeper into Soul Trust.
