My Background
My work is shaped by over a decade of real-world experience, including:
Building and running multiple businesses and community spaces
Hosting over 20 retreats and hundreds of events in multiple states.
Supporting women through identity shifts, burnout, expansion, and transition
Navigating leadership, partnership, motherhood, and collapse firsthand
Alongside this, my way of listening and guiding has been informed by training in hypnotherapy and trance-based modalities, including shamanic healing work. These experiences deepened my ability to recognize patterns, work with the subconscious, and hold complexity however they are not offered as standalone services within this container.
HER VISION is not about techniques.
It’s about integration, discernment, and leadership that can be lived.

I don’t lead this container from a script or a fixed curriculum.
I lead it from presence, discernment, and lived experience.
HER VISION is guided intuitively, but never loosely. Each month has a clear arc, and each call meets what is actually alive not what we’re “supposed” to cover.
My role is not to motivate you, fix you, or mold you into a version of success.
My role is to stabilize you into your own leadership, so your decisions, voice, and business stop collapsing under pressure.
I listen for patterns beneath words.
I slow things down when urgency takes over.
I name what’s being bypassed : gently, honestly, and without drama.

The retreat is intentionally structured yet spacious. Your stay will be in a nourising home in Sedona where you will receive chef prepared meals and time and space to relax and intergrate.
